Health & Safety

We take safety seriously. Our guest responsibility and activity rules will be strictly enforced. Everyone has more fun when they feel comfortable and confident jumping at our park. 

Guest REsponsibility

Everyone that enters a court or activity must have completed and signed a valid waiver.
 

Guests/Participants that are under 18 must have it completed and signed by their parent, legal guardian, or someone with power of attorney.
 

Prior to participating, all guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility to ensure the following:

  • Everyone’s waivers are properly executed

  • Everyone has viewed the rules

  • Everyone has read the rules signs posted

  • Everyone must have valid jump or activity time before entering any trampoline court or activity

  • Everyone completely understands and agrees to follow all rules and Team Member instructions

  • Everyone is in good health without restrictions

  • Everyone’s personal items such as eye wear, hearing aids, braces, prosthetic devices, watches, phones, cameras, are secure, impact resistant and suitable for use in a demanding sports environment

  • Everyone is aware of those around you. It is your responsibility to avoid others

  • No guns, knives, sharp objects, or weapons of any kind are allowed on premises

  • Remember your physical limitations

  • Follow all posted rules and directions given by staff members

  • No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed

  • Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Serious injury, paralysis or death can occur even if all rules are followed

  • Activities and dodgeball games may involve individuals of different sizes, ages, and abilities. Participate at your own risk

  • Guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility for their actions and conduct

  • Guests and accompanying adults must follow all park rules and Team Member instructions at all times

  • Guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility to ensure that personal property including cameras and cell phones are not lost, stolen or damaged

  • Team Members reserve the right to relocate guests and accompanying adults to a different court, activity or area at any time

  • Non compliance to rules or Team Member instructions may result in the loss of access privileges

  • Wear park approved grip socks

  • Follow all weight, height and/or age restrictions posted

Park Information
 

  • We have clear safety signage throughout the park, and our staff is always happy to give reminders about these guidelines if needed.

  • Park personnel are positioned in various areas to uphold safety protocols and offer assistance if anyone is injured.

  • To maintain equipment standards, routine checks are carried out regularly.

  • We take care to cover the springs between trampoline mats to minimize potential hazards.

  • Protective padding is installed on all posts in active zones to help shield guests from harm.

  • We have strategically set up netting around the park to separate attractions and protect metal structures.

  • Our foam pits are designed so jumpers have an unobstructed landing path, and we frequently clean and rotate the foam.

  • Every day, we thoroughly sanitize and disinfect trampoline mats, pads, and other surface areas.

ACTIVITY RULES
 

  • Why should I buy a Birthday Party Package?
    We provided a safe, fun, and immersive experience for all birthday kids! We are the top-rated trampoline park in the USA and we pride ourselves in providing a remarkable and awesome experience! Each party has a dedicated host, full access to a room or table, and access to every attraction in our park. Your kids will love being apart of our family here at our park and it will be sure to be awesome!
  • How Much Jump Time Does My Party Have?
    Our parties are set up to jump the first 90 minutes of your party. During this time, you have full access to your party table/room. After jump time, you and your guests will then have another 30 minutes of party room/table time. Here you can eat pizza, cut the cake and open presents.
  • Are Parents Included In The Party Package?
    Parents do not count as jumpers if they are there to observe their child. Any parent can come and be an observer for free. If a parent wants to participate and jump/use the attractions, they will be counted as a jumper in your party package.
  • Can I Add/Subtract Jumpers Later?
    Yes! Please call the park to make modifications to your party. You can also make changes the day of the party, if necessary.
  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    There is a 72-hour grace period after the time of booking where the deposit may be refunded. After this 72-hour period, the deposit is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled at any time before or after the 72-hour window, but the deposit will not be refunded for parties cancelled after the window has passed. Events booked within 72 hours of the date of their event will not receive a refund.
  • How old do I/my child need to be to have a party at the park?
    All ages are welcome to celebrate their birthday!
  • What Time Is Check-in For Birthday Parties?
    All your guests will need to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your party start time (make sure to include this on your invites!) This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in and verify waivers.
  • What Happens During Check-in?
    First you will be greeted by your party host! Waivers will be verified; you will receive wristbands and grip socks. You will be led by your host to your private room or table. After the party, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance and anything added during the party.
  • When Do I Have Access To The Party Room/Table?
    The party room/table is available to you for the full two hours of your reservation. That 2 hours begins at your appointed party time. Our hosts ensure that everything is setup and ready for you and your guests.
  • What Does The Party Host Do?
    The first priority is to ensure the birthday child feels special and is a VIP for the day! Your party host will ensure your room/table is set up with plates, napkins, and utensils. They will assist with the cake and decoration set-up, food and beverages during the time in your party room or at your party table and clean up.
  • Do You Provide Paper Goods?
    Yes. We provide plates, napkins and utensils for all guests!
  • How Many Pizzas & Drinks Are Included In The Price?
    With the SILVER and GOLD VIP party packages, 1 large pizza is provided for every 5 jumpers. You may add more during the online check-out process. Bottled water is provided for all Jumpers. The BRONZE party package does not include pizza or drinks.
  • What Drinks Are Included?
    We provide water for Gold VIP & Silver party packages. Fountain drinks can be added to any party for $6 per pitcher.
  • Can I Purchase Additional Pizzas?
    Yes. Please call or email us at least 48 hours prior to your party to purchase additional pizza(s).
  • Can I Bring My Own Snacks Or Food?
    With the SILVER and GOLD VIP party packages, you can bring additional food and/or beverages for no extra charge. If you purchased the BRONZE party package you can bring food and beverages for a $50 fee. Adult beverages are prohibited.
  • Who Needs Waivers And How Do We Sign?
    All jumpers AND observers need a signed waiver. Electronic waivers are active for 1 year. If under age 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online before your party.
  • Can I Sign A Waiver At The Park?
    Yes. It is ideal to do it online ahead of time but it can be done at the park. If under age 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Can I Get Extra Jump Time?
    Yes! You can add 30 or 60 minutes of jump time to any of our party packages! This can be done during the check-in process. Simply let your host know and they will make it happen. Please note that your private room or party table will not be extended during this time.
  • Is There A Birthday Party Discount For Month To Month Members?
    Yes! Our VIP members enjoy a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Discount amount will depend on your membership type. The discount will be applied to your party during the check-out process. Please mention you are a member to your host and they will take care of you.
  • Do You Provide Invitations?
    Yes! You can find an editable e-vite on our website.
  • What If There Is More Than One Birthday Guest?
    We always want to acknowledge guests celebrating their birthday, so please tell us the names and ages of all those celebrating a birthday at Ninja Kidz Action Park.
